The British footballer was born in 2000 and his place of birth is in Chadwell Heath, Dagenham, United Kingdom. Talking about Rhian Brewster parents, he is the son of Hulya Hassan (mother) and Ian Brewster (father). Exploring more about his family, his mother is Turkish Cypriot. He grew up in his hometown and attended Chadwell Heath Primary School for pursuing his education. Later, he joined the Chadwell Heath and Shield Football Academies. He was passionate about sports from his early age and was spotted by scouts from popular football clubs like Arsenal, Chelsea, Charlton and West Ham at the age of seven. He became the part of Chelsea and started receiving training from the coach Michael Beale. He spent his time in the club’s academy and at the age of 14, he went to Premier League rivals, Liverpool. Career and Professional Life

Brewster signed with Liverpool from Chelsea in 2015. Liverpool developed the interest in him after getting the recommendation from his coach Michael Beale. Brewster became the part of the club’s U18 side and later his performances compelled the selection committee to promote him to the U23 squad. On his debut, he scored against Ipswich Town and received appreciation from the entire team’s fans. 

 

He was invited by manager Jürgen Klopp for club friendlies in October and November 2016 to the first team. On the match, he scored a hat-trick against Accrington Stanley and boosted his stardom. He was named in the team selected for Liverpool’s Premier League game which was against Crystal Palace. The match took place on 23 April 2017, however, Brewster couldn’t show his performance as he became an unused substitute.

 

On a match against Spartak Moscow in the following season, Brewster became the victim of alleged racist comments from Leonid Mironov during Liverpool’s UEFA Youth League. Leonid Mironov was the captain of Spartak Moscow. An investigation was made but Leonid Mironov was excused by UEFA for not having sufficient evidence to take further action against him.

 

During the under 23 matches against football club Manchester City on 12 January 2018, he had to receive oxygen and Brewster was taken away from the field in the stretcher after a failure aerial challenge. The footballer was diagnosed with the high ankle sprain and ligament damage. He had to go through an operation for repairing his knee damage in March which was his second operation. Brewster’s International Career

Brewster has represented his nation by being an England youth international at numerous youth levels. In 2016, he scored six goals for his national team at the U17 level in five appearances which include a hat-trick against Croatia. On 2017 UEFA European Under-17 Championship, he was the part of the team but unfortunately, England lost in the final against Spain. England lost against Spain on penalties where Brewster also missed his spot-kick. Out of total six appearances, he made three goals in total.  

 

He made a successive hat-trick against the USA in the quarter-final and Brazil in the semi-finals of the 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup. This made him receive huge attention from the press and the entire media. The national team was elected for final on which Brewster made the opening goal against Spain. During that season, he made a total of eight goals making him the top scorer and the receiver of the Golden Boot award. For his individual performances, Brewster was awarded the Bronze Ball. He revealed a fact in December 2017, that his teammate Morgan Gibbs-White also became the victim of racial abuse from the Spanish player.
